Position: Accountant cum Admin Assistant

Qualification & Knowledge:


  1. BA in Finance/Accounting.
  2. Understanding of the AIT structure and AITCV operational process is an advantage.
  3. Good language command in English
  4. Good computer literacy and familiar with software packages under Windows and E-mail.
  5. Having Accountant cum Admin experience will be preferred
  6. Well organized.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Basic Function:              Responsible for work of Accountant cum Administrative Assistant

Unit:                             Administrative Unit

Supervisor:                   Head of Administrative Unit

Accounting Assistant & Cashier (50%):

  • Verify supporting documents and check available fund for the payments.
  • Daily implement payments/receipts for transactions by cash and bank accounts.
  • Accurately maintain cash book and cash reporting. Daily count cash and check with ERP system.
  • Timely input bank receipts and payments into ERP. Prepare invoices (ERP invoice/VAT invoice) and follow up receipts.
  • Monthly prepare aging reports for sections. Quarterly prepare VAT use report.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation report for petty cash and bank accounts.
  • Keep cash in Hanoi office.
  • Make monthly report of payment/receipt in Hanoi office.
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of Administrative Unit

Administrative Assistant (50%):

  • Handle incoming & outgoing phone calls, fax, and other general correspondence (Clerical responsible). Manage front desk and receive visitors.
  • Purchase office supply and maintain stationery inventory.
  • Coordinate the usage of classrooms and facilities & other services of Service Unit (tea break, transportation, stationery, …)
  • Process Payment Request for Admin/ SU
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of Administrative Unit

Others tasks as required by AITCV Director, Head of Unit.
