Objectives
Members working in supply chain have many interdependance relationships for resources and information, and this dependency has been increasing in recent times due to trend of outsourcing, globalization and rapid innovations in information technologies. These  dependencies bring prevailing benefits along some extent of risk and uncertainty. To meet these challenges, SC members must work towards a unified system and coordinate with each other to save cost and eliminate risks. There is a need to identify the coordination strategies and mechanisms which helps in bringing efficiency and addressing the uncertainty in supply chain is very important.
After training, learners possible:
     - Recognize the benefits of coordination among members/partners of supply chain.
     - Understanding functions and establish detail coordination mechanisms among departments where exist interest conflicts.
     - Know how to evaluate coordination efficiency.

Target Participants
The course is valuable to everyone who working in supply chain including management and staffs who are looking for effective ways to improve coordination and relationships in their supply chain.

Methodology
The training is designed and conducted with the focus to practice. Facing problems in supply chain practice will be analyzed to find appropriate solutions.  Learners will be exprienced and participated in class group activities, role playing, simulation games... Training course will encourage experience sharing between instructor and learners coming from different departments of supply chain, from different perspectives.
