Introduction to AIT-VN Training Programs in Human Resources Development
The Human Resource Management (HRM) includes a variety of activities, among which the most important ones include deciding what staffing needs you have and whether to use independent contractors or hire employees to fill these needs; recruiting, training, and retaining the best employees; dealing with performance issues; and ensuring your personnel and management practices conform to the law and regulations. In addition, managing your approach to employee benefits and compensation, employee records, and personnel policies are also of great importance. In short, HRM plays a strategic role in your organization’s success.

The HRM Program at AIT Vietnam prepares HR professionals to understand and master that strategic role. It focuses on the skills, tools, and practices needed for guiding shifts in the way HR professionals think and act – from interviewing and recruiting, performing administrative tasks, processing transactions and streamlining work processes to proactively enhancing your organization’s ability to attract and retain superior performers, and engage them in working towards the corporate goals.
