ABOUT THIS COURSE:

This training course is designed to deliver target participants practical approaches in human resource management.

OBJECTIVES:

TARGET PARTICIPANTS

This course will be useful for Vietnamese and expatriate managers in all levels and in the different functional areas of management. Also, executives and officials in organizations such as international companies, international development aid programs and local companies intending to do international business will find the training crucial to their operation. It is designed specifically for those who have been already responsible for human resource development and acquired knowledge of Human resource management.

METHODOLOGY

The training will be application-oriented and interactive, emphasizing on the active participation of participants in exercises (skill application), case studies (analysis) and project design (practice). The training leaders will provide supporting information, enhance participants’ skills and act as advisors and consultants for cases discussed in the training.

LANGUAGE

Discussions will be delivered in English with interpretation into Vietnamese. Training materials will be provided in both languages.

REGISTRATION AND TUITION FEE

Participants need to fill in an application form and send it to AIT-VN either by fax or mail 10 days before the course commences. The tuition fee for the whole course is VND 8,500,000. This fee does not include transportation, accommodation and personal expenses. The tuition fees should be paid before the course commencement date.

WITHDRAWAL

Please inform us in writing of any change in your registration (withdrawal/ deferment) at least 5 days before the course commencement date, after which 25% of course fees will be chargeable. If no notification is received by commencement date, the full course fee will be charged.

CHANGES

Changes in course dates can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. AIT-VN reserves the right to cancel a course or change the course dates. Every effort, however, will be made to inform participants of the change.
